Q. What is the shelf life of the durian pudding?
A: Up to 2 days if properly stored in a refrigerator upon collection / delivery.
Q: Must I store it in the fridge straightaway?
A: Yes, you need to store it in the fridge immediately upon collection / delivery. Please ensure you have access to a fridge upon collection / delivery.
Q: How do I thaw the durian pudding?
A: Our durian pudding is frozen prior to collection/delivery to retain freshness, so please allow to thaw in the fridge overnight (or at least 8 hours) until completely defrosted before consuming.
Q. I don't have time to thaw the durian pudding, can I eat it frozen? Or can I thaw it at room temperature?
A: It won't taste good frozen as this is pudding, not ice cream! Thawing at room temperature may lead to uneven thawing with icy bits inside. You will get the best flavour and texture by thawing the durian pudding for at least 8 hours in the fridge to ensure it is completely thawed. If you are planning an event, do make allowance for the thawing time when booking your collection/delivery date.
Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: Please place your order and make payment by 1200 hrs (UTC/GMT +8) at least 3 working days prior to the collection / delivery date. Order confirmation is only upon receipt of payment. For example, if the collection date is 15 July (Sat), you will need to place your order and complete payment by 12 July (Wed) 1200 hrs (UTC/GMT +8). Any orders completed after the 12 noon cutoff will automatically be considered as the following day's orders.
Q. Can I put in a last minute order?

Q: Do you do catering for parties and events?
A: Yes we do. Please contact us via email (email@example.com), Facebook (https://facebook.com/potsdor) or Whatsapp (9610 0705). For your request to be processed promptly, please let us know the event date, event time, quantity needed and any special requests (e.g. custom decoration needed) in your message.
Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
A: Payment is via bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. For bank transfer, please note that you will need to message us your transaction reference number before your order can be confirmed.
Q. How do I self-collect my order?
A: You can self-collect your order at Simei or Toa Payoh (both locations are a 5 min walk from the MRT station). The addresses will be provided to you upon order confirmation.
Q. Do you provide free delivery?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary delivery for orders of $80 and above to a single location in Singapore. For orders below $80, a delivery charge of $10 applies. Please note that in both cases, additional charges may apply for deliveries to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, Neo Siew and Jurong Industrial Estates. In addition, we do not deliver to Jurong Island, restricted airline and cargo areas, BBQ pits as well as locations out of mainland Singapore.
Q. I won't be at home during the stipulated delivery time slot. Can I get someone else to receive the delivery for me? / Can I ask someone else to collect my order for me?
A: When placing the order, please provide the name and contact number of the person who is receiving the delivery / making the self-collection.
Q. What should I do if there is an error with my order?
A: Please check your order at the point of delivery / self-collection. All orders shall be deemed to be accepted if no errors or discrepancies are raised at the time of delivery / collection. Once delivery/collection has been made and we have left the delivery/collection venue, we are not liable for any damage to the durian pudding thereafter.
Q. I missed the delivery time, can you arrange for re-delivery?
A: Re-delivery can be arranged if it takes place within the stipulated delivery time slot (a redelivery charge of $7 applies). An undelivered orders will be sent back to Simei for self collection within 24 hours. We are not liable for any uncollected products after that time.

Q: Is the durian pudding halal certified?
A: Unfortunately no, our durian pudding is not halal certified.
Q: How can I check whether my order is confirmed?
